1. EPP CODE
Contact your registrar to unlock the Domain and obtain the transfer authorization code (EPP) for the Domain to be transferred.
2. TRANSFER REQUEST
Login to the Customer Area and enter the Domain name, then click on Transfer. On the next page, enter the Transfer Code (EPP) and click on Add to Cart. Complete the requested information and the transaction. Please note that transfer fees vary for different types of domain extensions.
3. CONFIRMATION & TRANSFER
Check your e-mail inbox. An e-mail has been sent to you asking you to confirm the transfer of your domain name. Transfer times vary and can take from 4 to 48 hours. Once completed, we will inform you by e-mail.
